Roam like you're at home

Call home, chat with friends throughout the USVI, PR, and the USA or receive calls from anywhere in the world, for a flat rate of only $0.25 cent per minute – the same price as a local call.

CCT Roaming tips

To receive these exclusive rates you need to be roaming on our preferred network Innovative Wireless. If our preferred network is not automatically selected you may need to perform a manual roam. It’s simple just go to your phone settings menu and follow these steps.

• Step 1 – Go to Menu
• Step 2 – Go to Settings
• Step 3 – Select Phone
• Step 4 – Select Operator selection / Network selection
• Step 5 – Select Manual
• Step 6 – Choose the preferred network, among the ones shown.

*All handsets differ, if you’re having problems refer to your handset user manual for further information.

While performing a manual roam our preferred network will show in one of the following ways:
Innovative or network code 311 470.

Roaming in the USA

CCT customers get the lowest voice and data roaming prices available in the BVI while travelling throughout the USA, USVI and Puerto Rico.

Voice Roaming

Chat with friends throughout the USA or receive calls from anywhere in the world, for a flat rate of only $0.69 per minute.

Data Roaming

Check your mails on the move or surf the web with our exclusive data roaming rate only $0.005 per kilobyte.

To receive these exclusive rates you need to be roaming on our preferred network AT&T.

While performing a manual roam our preferred network will show in one of the following ways:
