Roll Out Continues – Service Interruptions in Select Areas this Weekend

CCT continues to upgrade its network to bring you faster mobile communications with the launch of 4GLTE.

As a result customers are being advised that CCT Engineers will be performing a network capacity upgrade. Areas that will be affected include East End, Trunk Bay, Balsum Ghut, and Virgin Gorda. While in those areas customers may experience intermittent service interruptions while this work is in progress.

The upgrade is scheduled for this Saturday February 22 from 7AM to 6PM. If you are unable to make or receive calls following this work, please turn off and on your mobile device.

As always, the Contact Centre team will be available at 444-4444 to monitor your reports and to assist with any prolonged service issues on an individual basis.
