How do I purchase a Hero Bundle?
*You can purchase a Hero Bundle by selecting your preferred plan and clicking “Add to Cart” online, or by dialing 611# on your mobile phone. Then, choose Option 4 (Add Hero Bundle) and select the plan that suits you best.
Can I purchase another bundle before before my current one expires?
Yes, you can purchase a new bundle at any time—even before your current one expires. The new bundle will be added to the existing one.
Will I get a notification when my data or Hero Minutes are running low?
You won’t receive automatic alerts when your data or Hero Minutes are running low. However, you can easily check your balance by dialing 611# and selecting Option 1 (Balance Inquiry).
