CCT Cares Launched with School Donation
Students and Staff at the Ebenezer Thomas Primary School in Sea Cow’s Bay are taking a step up back in the online world, thanks to CCT BVI.
The telecoms company donated a GOFASTLTE Modem with complementary internet service to the school, which had no internet access following the passage of hurricane Irma.
Principal Sybil Hodge reached out for assistance and CCT stepped up to the plate to provide aid.
CCT along with the Principal visited most of the classes and other rooms to see the extent of the damages.
CCT BVI Launches Fresh Prepaid Plans
CCT BVI is excited to roll out a fresh wave of new “Hero Plans”. The three new prepaid plans start as low as $5 and include great bundled features such as data, local and US calling as well as unlimited worldwide text.
“After Hurricanes Irma and Maria, it was evident more than ever that our customers needed more value for money. On the road to 100% customer satisfaction, we wanted to provide customers with better options for bundle packages at more affordable and competitive pricing,” said Recaldo Richardson, Marketing Manager at CCT BVI.
Telecoms company brings relief to pregnant women
Pregnant women and parents of infants are today expected to get relief from telecommunication providers CCT, which has launched a baby supplies distribution campaign.
Marketing Manager at CCT Recaldo Richardson said the initiative is a collaborative effort between themselves and the USVI Boxing Association, Westline Productions, as well as Tortola Fast Ferry.

CCT: Rebuilding and Reorganizing after two major disasters
After the passing of Hurricanes Irma and Maria, CCT suffered massive damage to the network infrastructure. Nearly all of our telecommunication towers throughout the territory were damaged beyond repair and need to be rebuilt and replaced. However, through the perseverance of our hardworking engineers we have already managed to restore coverage to Road Town and the surrounding areas using salvaged equipment. In addition, replacement equipment has already been ordered. Our engineers are working tirelessly to restore additional sites and expand our service area.
CCT BVI Joins Forces with BVI Cable TV
CCT BVI today announced that they have signed an agreement to consolidate the ownership and management of CCT BVI and BVI Cable TV, subject to government approval. CCT BVI, voted Best Cellular Service Provider in the BVI, looks forward to combining forces with BVI Cable TV to bring the BVI community better telecommunications services including wireless, internet and television.

CCT is committed to providing best in class telecommunications technology to the British Virgin Islands community. We successfully launched the first 4G LTE network in Road Town and the surrounding areas in 2015.
Since then we have continually expanded our network coverage to now include more than 95% of the British Virgin Islands. We are currently in the process of expanding our network capacity to further improve our overall customer experience.

CCT BVI today announced new management and restructuring of its Marketing Department. Recaldo “Ricki” Richardson is named as the new Marketing Manager and Sheroma Hodge-Philip as Public Relations Supervisor.
Live, Laugh, Love Unlimited School Tour
For the month of February, schools around the Virgin Islands have been welcoming CCT and its highly energetic motivational tour. The CCT Live, Laugh, Love Unlimited Tour is part of the company’s commitment to Community and Education.

CCT celebrates Literacy through “Knowledge, Unlimited: A BVI of Readers” Campaign
Bridging the gap between literacy and technology — Parents, caregivers, and children are encouraged to celebrate reading with CCT – earlier last month CCT partnered with the Rotaract Club of Tortola to host an Essay Competition which was won by Cedar School International. As a proud supporter of the BVI Reading Council, CCT continues its push this month on literacy awareness by visiting both public and private schools in the territory.
CEO of CCT Meets With Elmore Stoutt High School Business Students
CEO of CCT, Mr. Averad Penn yesterday met with a group of Elmore Stoutt High School Seniors who are currently working on their Principles of Business Assignment.
After an informative discussion with Mr. Penn, the students were invited for a tour of both the retail store and business offices. Students had the opportunity to ask the CEO a host of questions; gaining insight into CCT’s business type, its intensive operation, and the products and services it sells. The students also gained insight into what it’s like to be a CEO of a telecommunications company.
